Install AESL Gateway

Flash the AESL e-ink shelf-label gateway from your browser. Supports ESP32-S3 and ESP32-C3. Uses Web Serial — Chrome or Edge on desktop required.

    Connect the board over USB and click Connect & Install.

    When flashing finishes, the same dialog asks for WiFi (Improv). Pick your 2.4 GHz network.

    Open the gateway link shown after connect (or http://aesl-gw.local/) to manage labels.
First install erases flash when prompted. WiFi is configured in the install dialog — no SoftAP step needed. Fallback: SoftAP AESL-Setup or the serial form below.

Configure WiFi over Serial

Optional fallback if Improv was skipped. Close the install dialog first, then connect here.
